Refund policy

With most products, we do not allow for a refund. Please check each listing to see if we allow for a refund. 

Most products allow for an exchange if there is damage to the products. 

There are no refunds for digital products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Some products allow for an exchange if the product was damaged in shipping or if the seller shipped the wrong product. No other exchanges are allowed. Contact the seller if you have any questions about the policy.
