Shipping policy
Digital Delivery:
Products will download upon completion of the sale of the product. If there is an error with the download, please send an email to Amanda Stewart, Owner at stewartlanecreations@gmail.com ASAP to help resolve the issue.
Processing Time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated Shipping Times
Unless stated on the individual product, the estimated shipping times are 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, the shipping vendor's timing (if during a weather crisis or a global pandemic), or any other delay that could arise. If there is a delay that is within the seller's control, the seller will contact the buyer at either the email address or phone number (whichever is provided) to discuss the delay. If the delay is on a 3rd party (shipping vendor issue), then the seller will not be held liable for any delay and hardship caused by that delay including if an item was delivered after a holiday or special occasion that it was purchased.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.
